Shopping With Pacific Grass - How to Order
Online shopping can be quite intimidating, especially when you're not shopping for your everyday products.
Here at Pacific Grass, we made online cannabis shopping Quick and Easy!
If you do happen to run into any issues or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us! We are available every step of the way. We aim to provide a cannabis purchase experience like no other.
1. Create An Account
In order to make a purchase, receive rewards, and refer friends, you will need to create a Pacific Grass Account.
a. Register for an account
b. Visit pacificgrass.co/account
c) Enter your email address.
- if you have an existing account, you will be prompted for a password. If you have forgotten your password, please reset password and sign in as usual.
d) Next, enter your first and last name, and password for your account.
e) Then, click the checkbox to verify that you are human.
f) Once you see the checkbox turn into a checkmark, click "Create Account"
g) Once the page refreshes, you've successfully created an account! You will have a view of your account dashboard and you may now start creating your order.
- If it is your first order, you can add items to your cart and choose your welcome offer discount on the cart page.
2. Shop and Add to Cart
Browse a selection of Cannabis products. If your product has a variant (weight, flavour, etc.) select your desired choice and add it to cart.
a) Choose size/variant if available.
b) Add to cart.
c) Repeat until the cart is filled and ready to check out.
3. Review & Checkout
Continue adding items to your cart until ready to checkout. Click the shopping bag in the top right corner to view your current cart or checkout.
a) Order minimum is $100
b) Shipping fee is $25 for orders under $150.
c) Free shipping is available on orders above $150
d) All orders in BC receive free shipping!
e) Enter Coupon Code if Available
f) Select the option for out of stock items
4. Payment Method
In the checkout details page, apply any valid coupon codes here along with customer info. We accept E-Transfer only.
b) Payment Instructions is provided as to how to send via EMT.
E-Transfer - After Placing your order please login in to your Bank account and send your payment to the email displayed at the checkout page.

5. Refer Your Friends
Once you've created an account, and successfully placed an order, you can start referring friends!
a) For each friend you invite, THEY will receive $50 OFF or a free OZ the referred purchase. YOU will be credited with $30 in Cashback Points to your Pacific Grass account.
b) You have two options to share the referral program - Referral Invite or Referral Code/Link.
c) You can find your referral code in your account here. Your friend will simply enter that code like a coupon code when they check out for an order.
e) Please note that for a referral program to be credited on both your accounts, referral and referee must have different addresses.
