When will my order be shipped?

Your order will usually be shipped out on the next business day.

Our daily order cut-off time is 5:30 PM PST.

Orders paid for before 5:30 PM will be carefully packed and handed over to Canada Post on the following business day.

For orders paid after 5:30 PM PST, they will be dispatched on the business day immediately following. To provide clarity, let's break it down:

Before 5:30 PM: If you place and pay for your order, say, on Wednesday at 4 PM PST, you can anticipate it being processed and received by Canada Post on Thursday.

After 5:30 PM: Conversely, if your order is placed and paid for on Wednesday at 9 PM PST, it will head to Canada Post for shipping on Friday.

Weekends: Orders made on Saturday or Sunday, will be in the hands of Canada Post by Tuesday.

As soon as our team starts packing your order, you will receive a notification email containing the tracking code. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment in real-time.

In general, orders placed over the weekend tend to reach Canada Post by Tuesday morning.
