Do I need to include my order number in my EMT?

No.

Please do not include any message in your Interac E-transfer. We have established systems in place to identify the sender of the transfer, and if your transfer is automatically deposited, our systems should promptly update your order status to "processing" (payment approved) within approximately one hour.

Additionally, we'd like to emphasize the following:

IMPORTANT MESSAGE - PLEASE READ

  1. Transfer the EXACT AMOUNT. Do not round up or down.
  2. DO NOT include any messages with your payment. There is no need to add the order number.

It's important to note that any Email Money Transfer that contains words related to Pacific Grass, Cannabis, Weed, or similar terms will result in an immediate ban.
