Do I need to include my order number in my EMT?

To make our process as seamless as possible, please include your order number in the optional message field of your email money transfer. Here's an example from the TD app:

If you sent the payment without your order number included, don't fret. We're usually able to figure it out; however including your order number in the optional message field makes things a little easier for us!
