Can I cancel or add to my order?

    • If you have received your tracking information:
      • Your order may have left our facilities but please contact us using the live chat feature or send an email to support@pacificgrass.co and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
  • Cancellation: If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us promptly. You can contact us via live chat or email us at support@pacificgrass.co. Once we can confirm that your order has been successfully cancelled, you're free to proceed with placing a new order according to your updated preferences.
