How do I redeem my PG Gift?

If you've placed an order for three consecutive months, you've earned a PG Gift!

How to redeem your gift:

  1. In the next month after you place your third consecutive monthly order, you will be able to add a gift to the next order after your prize is unlocked.
    1. For example:

      You place an order in August 1 (month one)
      You place an order in September 1 (month two)
      You place an order in October 1 (month three)
      Your gift will be added to your account and you will be able to redeem your PG gift on your next order (the gift will not be automatically added on your third consecutive order).
  2. You will be able to add your gift to your cart by visiting the "Welcome" page in your account.
  3. Click the gift icon and you'll be able to add your gift to your cart!

  4. Order minimums will still apply - you must place an order to redeem your PG Gift.

Will my gift automatically be added to my cart?

  • No, you will have to visit your PG Club account and go to the "Welcome" page to redeem the prize and add it to your cart.

What happens if I placed three orders for two months and miss the third month?

  • If your orders are not place in three consecutive months, you will not be eligible for a gift. 
    • For example: you place two orders in July, one order in August and zero orders in September. You will not be eligible for a PG Gift as you did not place a third consecutive monthly order in September.

Do I have to claim my PG Gift immediately?

  • No, you do not have to redeem your PG Gift immediately and there is no expiration date.
    • For example: If you've earned a PG Gift in October, you can choose to wait to redeem it in December, or at a later time.
