I'm unhappy with the quality of a product

At Pacific Grass, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction, and we approach all quality-related concerns on a case-by-case basis. If the product you've received does not meet our usual standards, you may be eligible to apply for a credit.

To initiate the return process, you must notify us of your intention to return the product within one week after receiving it. However, if you've consumed more than a sampling of the product, we will deduct the portion consumed from the refund amount. Additionally, for customers who frequently raise concerns or return products, we may require an unboxing video to process your claim.

Please be aware that all credits will take approximately 3-5 business days to process. Please note that we do not cover the shipping costs for returned products. Alternatively, you have the option to have the credit added to your PG Wallet, which you can then use as credits on your next purchase.
