How do I complete PG Quests?

PG Quests are action-based rewards where you - a PG Club member - can earn rewards simply by shopping your favourite products, sharing your love of PG and much more.

How PG Quests Work

1. Login to your Pacific Grass account with your email address and password.
2. Once logged in you will have a view of your account dashboard
3. On the navigation bar, click "PG Quests" to see the tasks you can complete for rewards.

4. In order to start a quest, you must enrol in the quest to be eligible for the reward.

   

   
   
5. The expiry date of the quests can be found at the top of the "PG Quests" page.
6. The quests can only be completed once before the expiry date.
7. One reward can be earned per quest and they are added to your account 24 hours after your action has been completed.
8. In order to redeem a reward:
   1. The order value must be at least $100 in cash value to redeem the reward
   2. The rewards do not expire, and you can find them the "PG Rewards" page.
