I sent the wrong amount

If you've accidentally sent the wrong amount for your order, here's what you can expect:

The primary issue with sending the incorrect amount is that if your deposit was auto-deposited, our system may not recognize the value and match it with your order. In such cases, our team will step in to manually verify the payment. In this case your order can take up to 8 business hours to be updated.

  • Overpayments: Any overages you've sent will be added to your PG Wallet. You can use these credits for future orders.
  • Underpayments: If you've sent less than the total order amount, don't fret. We can deduct the remaining amount from your Cashback Points if you have sufficient points.

For minor discrepancies, such as being just a few cents off, there's usually no need to worry. We'll process the order as usual. However, if the discrepancy is significant, we may need you to send the remaining portion to the same email address used for the initial deposit.
