In our continuous efforts to improve your shopping experience, we want to inform you about some updates our Shipping options. Due to rising shipping costs, we've had to make adjustments.
We want to reassure you that we've carefully considered these changes to find a balance that benefits both our community and our company.
Before delving into the specifics, let's explore the distinctions between two shipping choices provided by Canada Post:
- Canada Post XpressPost stands out as an expedited air service recognized for its prompt delivery, usually completing shipments within 1 to 3 business days.
- Canada Post Expedited represents a ground shipping option featuring reasonably swift delivery. Although delivery times can fluctuate, it typically ranges between 2 to 7 business days, striking a dependable balance between speed and affordability.
Now, let's dive into the details:
ORDERS BELOW $150:
- Flat Rate Express Shipping: Your order will be shipped using Canada Post XpressPost or Canada Post Expedited if the shipping time is the same as XpressPost or, at most, only one day more. The flat-rate cost will be visible in your cart and/or at the checkout.
ORDERS OF $150 OR MORE
For orders $150 or more, we're introducing a choice between two shipping options, each carefully designed to cater to your specific needs:
- Free Express Shipping: Your order will be shipped using Canada Post XpressPost or Canada Post Expedited if the shipping time is the same as XpressPost or, at most, only one day more. This is what we used to offer to all orders $150 or more, and it hasn't changed on this update.
- Free Regular Shipping (New): Your order will be shipped using Canada Post Expedited, with a extended delivery time of at least 2 days more than XpressPost. If you opt for this option, we'll add $5 back to your PG Wallet as a token of appreciation. You can use this credit as a discount on a future order. We believe in sharing the savings with our valued customers, and this is our way of saying thank you for choosing the regular shipping option.
