New Policy for Cashback Balance Points
What’s Changing?
Starting September 1st, we’re updating our policy for Cashback Balance Points. To ensure you keep your points, you’ll need to place at least one order within the past 365 days.
Why the Change?
This new policy helps us provide a better experience for our active customers and ensures that points are used in a timely manner. By requiring recent activity, we can better manage rewards and continue to offer great value to our loyal customers.
How Does This Affect You?
Here’s what you need to know:
- Active Status Requirement: To keep your Cashback Balance Points, you must have placed at least one order in the past 365 days.
- Expiration Date: If you haven’t placed an order in the last year, your points will expire on the anniversary of your last purchase.
For example, if your last order was on August 28, 2023, you need to make a new purchase by August 28, 2024, to keep your points.
What Can You Do?
To ensure you don’t lose your points:
- Check Your Points: Log in to your account to view your current Cashback Balance Points.
- Place an Order: Make a purchase before your points expire. You can use your points to save on your next order.
- Stay Active: Regularly placing orders helps you maintain your points balance and continue enjoying rewards.
