Updated Scratchcard Program: New Eligibility Requirements

Starting November 13, 2025, we’re introducing an update to our scratchcard eligibility requirements to keep the program fair and rewarding for our community. We know our scratchcards are a customer favorite, so we want to ensure it remains beneficial and accessible for everyone.

What’s Changing?

To enjoy all three scratchcard options—the $1, $5, and $10—you’ll now need to have placed at least one order within the previous 30 days. Previously, even customers without a recent purchase could use the $1 scratchcard, but this adjustment means all customers will need an active order history to access the scratchcards.

Why the Change?

This update is designed to keep the scratchcard program both fair and sustainable, ensuring that all customers benefit equally from rewards. By maintaining this balance, we can continue offering the scratchcards as a fun and rewarding way to earn savings while supporting customers who shop with us regularly.

How to Participate

If you love the scratchcards, simply place an order within the past 30 days to unlock access to the scratchcards and enjoy the chance to earn up to $10 in rewards with each order.
