Canada Post says successfully delivered but I haven't received my package?
If your Canada Post-tracked package is labeled as "successfully delivered" and you haven't received it, there might be several possibilities for the delay. Usually, orders are delivered within three days, so we kindly ask that you wait for this period to elapse before reaching out to us.
Possible reasons:
- The postal worker may have delivered it to the wrong mailbox due to an incorrect address or human error.
- Postal workers may scan packages as "successfully delivered" and then deliver them in the following day or two. If you still haven't received your package three days after the expected delivery date, please reach out to us.
- Your package may have been stolen. If you purchased shipping insurance for your order, this is a stress-free problem. We'll credit the amount you paid for your order to your PG Wallet within approximately 3 to 5 business days.
Please note that Pacific Grass is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If the order is returned to us due to an address issue, the customer will be responsible for a shipping fee to have the order resent. If the customer does not agree to pay the fee, we will refund the order to your PG Wallet, minus the shipping fee.
